How to pay from
your mobile wallet

bKash Nagad Rocket Upay

Pay Bill through bKash

Pay from your bKash wallet in a few taps, and optionally save the account for next month.

  1. Log in to your bKash account with your PIN and tap the Pay Bill option.
  2. Under Pay Bill, choose the Internet category and select FiSSA Communication.
  3. Select your billing period, then enter your Customer ID in the bill account number box.
  4. Tick save this account if you want the details remembered for future payments.
  5. Tap Proceed to Pay Bill, then press and hold the pay button for a few seconds. Done.

Pay Bill through Nagad

Settle your monthly bill straight from your Nagad balance.

  1. Log in to your Nagad account with your PIN and tap Bill Pay.
  2. Choose the Internet category from the biller list.
  3. Select FiSSA Communication from the available billers.
  4. Enter your Customer ID and the amount you want to pay.
  5. Confirm with your PIN. You will get a confirmation SMS once it clears.

Pay Bill through Rocket

Use Dutch-Bangla Rocket to pay your bill from your mobile account.

  1. Log in to your Rocket account with your PIN and tap the Bill Pay option.
  2. Open the Select Biller tab.
  3. Find and tap FiSSA Communication in the biller list.
  4. Enter your Customer Number, Mobile Number and the Amount, and check the Pay For option.
  5. Tap Validate and complete the payment. Done.

Pay Bill through Upay

Pay through the Upay app in five quick steps.

  1. Log in to your Upay account with your PIN and tap the Pay Bill option.
  2. Under Pay Bill, tap the Internet category.
  3. Select FiSSA Communication from the list and continue.
  4. Enter your User ID in the Customer ID box.
  5. Tap Pay Now and complete the payment. Done.
